The minimum order for bulk personalization and customization of this item is 150 pieces. We can provide 1 sample with a random logo for evaluation purposes, or a virtual proof of your order prior to production.

Why am I charged a set-up fee on most orders?
Imprinting and customization require special screens and plates for the imprinting and personalization process.
Do I get a proof before my order?
Yes, all orders recieve a FREE art proof in a PDF format for you to approve prior to production that comes from our art team.
What art formats do you accept?
We prefer high quality vector artwork in .eps, .ai (adobe illustrator), with fonts converted to outlines. We may also accept high resolution .jpg, .gif, .psd, or .pdf files. We can fix your art for free!
Are there extra charges for additional imprint colors?
Yes, in most cases unless it is digital and 4-color process printing, there are additional run charges and set-up charges.
