Place your order online by choosing quantity, decoration type, imprint color (the color of the print on the item), and by uploading your artwork. You can also include any other order details for our team to make sure your order is done right.

A free virtual proof is emailed within 24-48 hours during normal working days (M-F). Production time begins once the final proof is approved and does not include transit time (the time it takes shipping carriers to deliver from our factories). Typical transit time is 3-5 business days (M-F).

Please contact us for rush availability, some expedited services may incur additional fees, including upgraded shipping costs.

There are several decoration types that may be used, depending on the product that you choose. Below are the main options that may be available to you. The possible options for each individual product are determined by the manufacturer, so the product you choose may have all of these available, or just one to two.

Are there minimum order quantities?

All of our products have a minimum order quantity for customization. It is the number in the first column shown above in the quantity & pricing chart.

Can I order blank items?

Right now we do not offer our items blank.

Can I order a sample to evaluate quality?

Please contact us for samples. Most samples include a sample “random” logo or print for evaluation purposes..

What art formats do you accept?

We prefer high quality vector artwork in .eps, .ai (adobe illustrator), with fonts converted to outlines. We may also accept high resolution .jpg, .gif, .psd, or .pdf files.
