Our virtual proofs are emailed within 24-48 hours after submission during standard business hours (M-F). Production time will begin once the final proof has been approved. This does not include transit time (the time it takes shipping carriers to deliver to your location). Our typical transit times in the continental US are 3-5 business days (M-F). Please contact us for samples. Most samples include a random sample logo or print for evaluation purposes..
What art formats do you accept?
We prefer high quality vector artwork in .eps, .ai (adobe illustrator), with fonts converted to outlines. We may also accept high resolution .jpg, .gif, .psd, or .pdf files.
