Our focus is to make ordering promotional items & apparel stress free! Place your order online by selecting your item quantity, decoration method, decoration color (the color of the decoration on the item), and uploading your artwork. You may also include other information for our team to ensure your order is delivered with accuracy.
Our virtual proofs are emailed within 24-48 hours after submission during standard business hours (M-F). Production time will begin once the final proof has been approved. This does not include transit time (the time it takes shipping carriers to deliver to your location). Our typical transit times in the continental US are 3-5 business days (M-F). You will receive tracking information when your order has been shipped. Contact us for international shipping options.

There are several decoration types that may be used, depending on the product that you choose. Below are the main options that may be available to you. The possible options for each individual product are determined by the manufacturer, so the product you choose may have all of these available, or just one to two.
Are there minimum order quantities?
All of our products have a minimum order quantity for customization. It is the number in the first column shown above in the quantity & pricing chart.
Can I order blank items?
Right now we do not offer our items blank.
Can I order a sample to evaluate quality?
Please contact us for samples. Most samples include a random sample logo or print for evaluation purposes..
What art formats do you accept?
We prefer high quality vector artwork in .eps, .ai (adobe illustrator), with fonts converted to outlines. We may also accept high resolution .jpg, .gif, .psd, or .pdf files.
