How to Order Custom Tumblers with Your Design
1. Choose The Right Tumbler
The first thing is choosing the right tumbler for your needs. A few things you will want to consider is how big, what color, and even how large the imprint area is available. We have a wide selection of colors and even sizes that are broken out by ounces it can hold. The most popular are tumblers that are around 20 ounces. We recommend, especially for large orders, to place a sample order of 2-3 options to find the perfect choice. Plastic lined tumblers tend to keep drinks cold and hot LESS than a stronger stainless steel lined tumbler.
2. Prepare Your Artwork or Design
Each tumbler we offer has a unique maximum imprint size and location. Tumblers are either decorated by screen printing or laser engraving. Laser engraving may cost an additional fee per product, but is more durable because it is "etched" into the tumbler. Some tumblers are limited to the amount of print colors in your logo you can use. We encourage our clients to choose a contrasting color to make your logo or design stand out. We prefer the highest quality artwork to make sure print is crisp and clean. Our art team will make sure to clean up your logo no matter what format you send.
3. Place the Order with USimprints
Once you have decided the tumbler you want and the design you want to use, you can place the order online or by phone or email with one our experienced account managers. You will want to email USimprints team or upload your artwork. Production time varies per item, but most will ship within 7-10 days after proof approval.
4. Approve the Detailed Production Proof
After your order is placed, our team will send you a virtual proof in PDF format that will show your design on the tumbler you chose. Once that is approved or any changes are made an approved - your order goes into production!
