How do I order a sample?
USimprints.com offers random imprinted samples of our items. We may ask for a credit card number and/or shipping number to deliver your samples. You will receive a full credit on your order if you place a final order. Please click here to fill out the request form. Please note that samples may come from various locations.
Do you have a minimum order policy?
USimprints.com requires a minimum imprinted order of $175. The minimum order of blank items is $100. Blank items are not returnable or refundable.
How does your low price guarantee work?
USimprints.com will match or beat any advertised price on the exact item.
What if I need more than one imprint color?
Most items include a standard one color imprint, if you need more than one imprint color please contact us. Additional set-up and run charges maybe required for multi color imprinting. Some items can only be imprinted with one color.
I need my order yesterday!
We offer rush services on most items. Please call for availability, delivery time, and pricing. We work hard to make sure we meet your in hands date! Check out our large selection of 36-Hour promotional products.
How do I make sure my order is done right?
You will receive a free virtual proof to preview your new order before we go to press.
What art formats do you accept?
We prefer high quality vector artwork in .eps, .ai (adobe illustrator), with fonts converted to outlines. We may also accept high resolution .jpg, .gif, PSD or PDF files.
How do I match an exact imprint color?
We have most standard imprint colors, but if you need to match a color exactly, there maybe a PMS color match charge.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes we charge sales tax in Tennessee.
