Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

When you shop with USimprints, we want you to know that you're getting the best deal available. The USimprints.com Price Match Guarantee lets you know that you are never paying too much for anything we have to offer.

The process is simple: Simply place the promotional items you desire into your shopping cart. When you are ready, press the "Checkout" button to finalize your order. During the checkout process, we will ask for your payment information, shipping information, along with a few other details. We will also ask you for any links you may have to identical merchandise that other web sites may have made available for a lower price.

Continue to submit your order as you normally would. A USimprints customer service representative will review your order, and your purchase price will be subsituted with that of the lower-priced merchandise. We will then contact you to inform you of your lowered price.

You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:

The USimprints.com refund guarantee applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product and/or good in stock or service immediately available and the product, good and/or service is priced accurately.

Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honor our price-match guarantee to customers, the acceptance of all price-match requests is ultimately at the discretion of USimprints.com, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

• Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
• The USimprints.com refund guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order.
• The USimprints.com refund guarantee is limited to up to 24 hours of confirmation of the sale of the relevant product, good or service and must be delivered to the same address.
• The USimprints.com refund guarantee is subject to change at any time.

USimprints.com reserves the right to refuse service or sell products.

If you find the same product at a lower price, usimprints.com will match the price. Please call and let us know where you found better price or email the formal quote to support@usimprints.com.  If the product is the exact same, we will match the competitors price.  Usimprints.com is a distributor of promotional products.
