Here are quick answers to some frequently asked questions here at O'Charley's Gear.

Why Do Some Items Take Longer To Ship?

Some items take a few extra days to ship because they are custom made at the time of the order. That allows us to offer more style, more colors and more sizes.

What do I do if I need something quick for an event?

If you need something fast, please give us a call and we will do our best to make sure the order goes at ASAP so you receive it in time. We are here for your service and will do what it takes to meet your in-hands date.

What do I do if something does not fit?

Returns are accepted at O'Charley's Gear on all items that are not special order items. Please call or email us at support@ocharleysgear.com to arrange you returns. If you need to return a special order item, you may be subject to a 30% restocking fee because the item is custom produced.

How do you ship your orders?

All orders placed at O'Charley's Gear are shipped via UPS, allowing us to track your order, and for speedy delivery.

My order was damaged during delivery, what now?

If your order package is delivered and is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. We will send you a replacement package.
