Last week we decided to go on a company field trip to the Nashville Sounds game. Being from Texas, it was my first Tennessee baseball experience. I’ve grown up an Astros fan with three brothers and a dad loving the team, but to be honest baseball to me is more about the experience than the actual game. (Don’t hate me avid fans!) The best part about the games is usually the crappy stadium food… I ate a hot dog and few bites out of a funnel cake. It was a low calorie dinner for sure, but it was surprisingly perfect for the atmosphere.
Another fun thing about baseball is just sitting in the stands with good company, chatting about random things and enjoying the evening. It was nice getting to meet fellow colleagues spouses and children, and just getting all together outside the office! One of the girls in the office decided that we should bring our favorite custom sunglasses to the game in the Sounds colors (red and blue) to show our support. They were a huge hit, and we were even able to snap a group shot of everyone sporting them (see above.)
Until the next Usimprints outing…
