Now that the weather has gotten significantly warmer, it feels as if spring is finally in the air! During the spring and summer months we have what we like to call “Pay Day Friday Cook Outs.” During lunch, we grill out on the back deck and hang out as a company to create community and promote team building. We grill chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, steak, or whatever else we may be in the mood for.
